(1) Acquisition, Use, and Provision of Personal Information

    The Firm shall appropriately acquire, use, and provide personal information only to the extent necessary to achieve the following purposes: providing legal consultations, performing duties for accepted cases and other legal practices, conducting public relations activities, managing and establishing the organization, and performing any duties incidental thereto. Furthermore, the Firm shall implement measures to ensure that personal information is not used for any purposes other than those specified.

(2) Compliance with Laws and Regulations

    The Firm shall comply with all laws, national guidelines, and other regulations concerning the handling of personal information.

(3) Security Management and Corrective Measures

    The Firm shall strive to prevent and correct unauthorized access to, or the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.

(4) Complaints and Consultations

    The Firm shall respond appropriately and promptly to any complaints or consultations regarding the handling of personal information.

(5) Continuous Improvement

    The Firm shall continuously improve its personal information protection management system.
